Spellbinding album,I absolutely love it! This is one of my fave records cos I love the post metal aspect and there's awesome sludgy parts to APNEA's sound,of course there's influential references to bands like AMENRA,Cult of Luna and Neurosis 3 bands I really like.

I generally appreciate the album by album move away from hardcore towards extreme metal. Yet for me personally, this is where the balance is perfect. Kind of like Metallica's Ride the Lightning: subsequent albums were more sophisticated and complex, yet less intense, too. Great to come back to, again and again.
